Bicycle Wheel Warehouse is offering this NEW set of DT Swiss XR4.1d 26″ wheels laced with Pure D400 28 hole MTB convertible sealed bearing 6-bolt disc hubs, (24 POE = 15 degrees of engagement). They are built up with DT Swiss double butted Competition black Stainless steel spokes and DT Swiss brass nipples. The DT Swiss XR4.1d rim is 20.3mm tall, 22mm wide, with a 16.5mm wide inner profile, perfect for a wide range of urban commuting and cross country (XC) 26″ MTB tires.  This auction is for the above listed wheel set with rim tape installed on both rims, (rims are not considered tubeless ready, but have an inner profile approximating an average tubeless ready inner profile).  Please select the front and rear hub axle type that you need using the provided drop down options.  Please select the rear freehub that you need, given the type of cassette that you need to install.
Wheel set weight is 1605g for the pair, but varies with certain end cap/freehub options. (755g Front/850g Rear)

Because it is not purchased through our standard website, the standard Bicycle Wheel Warehouse warranty DOES NOT apply. These wheels are sold AS-IS. Bicycle Wheel Warehouse offers precision built wheels ready to ride. All of our wheels are 100% built in house by hand, checked and rechecked for proper spoke tension and wheel trueness. Our attention to detail during the build process, from start to finish, makes our wheels superior to any other wheels available. We do little things that make a lasting difference, like seating spoke heads against the hub flanges with our own proprietary tools, so that spoke tension doesn’t dramatically change as soon as you put weight on your new wheels the first time you try them out. We stress relieve the spokes multiple times, to help the spokes seat properly against one another and the hub flanges.  The use of high quality lubricants on spoke threads and on nipples helps our wheels last longer, and makes them more serviceable.  We have professional grade equipment in which to check tension and wheel trueness, far more precise than what is available to the regular bike shop.

Due to the change in shipping terms from UPS and FedEx as of January 1, 2018, all our wheels will be at a flat rate shipping charge: 26″ wheel sets ship for $35 anywhere in the continental US, 650b/700c wheel sets are $40 flat rate to anywhere in the continental US.
